Flatbeds are the most common choice for non-running vehicles, all-wheel-drive cars, and anything that can't roll freely. The car is winched or driven onto the bed and secured. If your car doesn't run, expect a flatbed.

Wheel-Lift and Conventional Towing

Running vehicles with working wheels are often moved with wheel-lift trucks — quicker to load and common for short hops. Either way, loading takes minutes and you don't need to help.
