What condition does your car need to be in to donate? Running or not, damaged, high mileage — we accept all vehicles. Even a non-running car can fund veteran programs.
Not sure if your car qualifies? Call us — most do.

The condition of your vehicle does not need to be perfect, or even good, for your donation to make a difference.
If your vehicle runs and drives, it is the simplest donation. A drivable vehicle can be picked up easily, may sell for a higher amount at auction, and requires no special towing equipment. Just call to schedule, and a standard tow truck will handle the pickup.
A non-running vehicle is completely acceptable. Whether the engine will not start, the transmission has failed, the battery is dead, or the car has been sitting unused for years, we can still accept it. Non-running vehicles are towed on flatbed trucks and often generate meaningful funds through auction or salvage.
Do not assume a non-running car has no value. Many donors are surprised by the proceeds their non-running vehicles generate for veteran programs.
Vehicles with body damage, frame damage, flood damage, fire damage, or salvage titles are all accepted. Whether the damage is from an accident, weather, or simply age, the vehicle can still be donated. Call us with the details and we will arrange the right tow truck for the situation.
High mileage does not disqualify a vehicle from donation. Cars with 200,000 miles or more are accepted regularly. While high-mileage vehicles may sell for less at auction, they still generate funds that support veteran programs — and the donor still receives a tax deduction.
Expired registration, failed emissions tests, or lapsed inspections do not prevent donation. Since the vehicle is being donated rather than driven, current registration is not required. We handle the title transfer and paperwork — you just need the title (or help getting a duplicate).
Your tax deduction is based on the vehicle's sale price at auction, not its condition when you donate. A vehicle in poor condition may sell for less, which means a smaller deduction — but the deduction still applies, and you still receive the IRS documentation needed to claim it.
Running or not — your car can help veterans.
