Non-Runners Are Welcome

A large share of donated vehicles don't run. Dead engines, bad transmissions, flood damage, failed inspection — none of these disqualify the car or add cost. Towing is free regardless of condition.

How Non-Running Cars Are Loaded

Drivers use winches and flatbeds for vehicles that can't be driven on. Mention if the car rolls freely, if the wheels turn, and if it's in park — it helps dispatch send the right equipment and keeps pickup to about 15 minutes.

Vehicles That Sat for Years

Long-parked vehicles are routine: flat tires, dead batteries, and stuck brakes are expected. If the car is blocked in by other vehicles or structures, say so when scheduling so the driver can plan access.
