How to arrange car donation pickup when your vehicle isn't in a home driveway — apartment complexes, workplaces, and storage facilities.

Apartment and Condo Pickups

Pickup from apartment lots is routine. Tell your property manager a tow is coming if required, note gate codes when scheduling, and make sure the car is reachable. You usually don't need to be present if keys and title are pre-arranged.

Workplace Pickups

Many donors have the tow meet them at work. Confirm your employer allows a tow truck on site, pick a low-traffic time window, and have the signed title with you that day.

Storage Facilities and Repair Shops

Storage lots and shops often require you to settle any balance and authorize release before the tow arrives. Give the facility a heads-up, confirm their hours, and share any access codes with dispatch when scheduling.
